COMMENTS:

Darryl says: He’s loving Prince’s song, one that was done back in the ’80’s, “Mary Don’t You Weep”. (Tori is worried that the Lord may be annoyed with us for playing that song.)

Cecily ain’t here but went to see Chris Brown in concert and was talking about how good it was. She also says that H.E.R. was even better in person than on the record.

Tori says: Last week WZZA Radio celebrated forty-six years of continuous broadcasting with a birthday cake and music from our vaults. We reminisced with playlists dating back through four and a half decades. That’s right. WZZA, the Soul of the Shoals, first hit the airwaves on July 4, 1972 and – thanks to all of you who have been there with us along the way – we’ve been going strong ever since. Love forever, Tori
