COMMENTS:

Darryl says: He’s feeling the Internet, which he described as both “groovy” and “funky” and he’s got both Cecily and me laughing but I’m typing it like he says it.

Cecily says: She’s liking Raheem DaVaughn and can’t really explain why. (It’s cuz she has an old soul.)

Tori says: I went down to the Alabama Democratic Conference Convention for two reasons: to support an effective, and very much needed, organization; and to receive the A.G. Gaston Black Enterprise Award (truly an honor). Congresswoman Terri Sewell roused us with a congressional update on the accomplishments of Democrats, achieving victories not just for other Democrats, but for those who need advocacy. Sewell and Senator Doug Jones, the keynote speaker, joined to sponsor successful legislation increasing funding for HBCU’s. And that’s just one thing. We’re loving the music that’s coming through here. Thanks! Love, Tori
